All our cuisine is based on the use of first quality food carefully selected within our territory. Pasta is hand made with flour from the best mills. Oliveoil used in preparing our dishes also comes from the Val d'Orcia, and it is the same as that served at your table. Meat is Chianina and from the Amiata area. Cheeses and Sausages are the best selected quality.
